STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Completed scholarship application including short essay.
2. Letter of Recommendation from a current High School teacher.
3. Letter of Recommendation from a current officer, committee
member or advisor of the Filipino-American Community.
4. Copy of last grade report showing current GPA.
5. Copy of SAT/ACT score report.
6. Copy of acceptance letter from you college of choice.
Deadline for applications to be received by Scholarship Committee
is 31 May 2008. There will be no extensions to the deadline. Any
application received after 31 May 2008 will not be reviewed
